About Library Constitution

A global organisation such as BPW International needs rules and regulations that all members worldwide should adhere to. The rules and regulations form the body of the Constitution that is examined at each International Congress. This examination is necessary to determine the Constitution’s validity and to provide for an opportunity to create amendments when there is a need by BPW International and its members around the world.
