HAPPY
NEW YEAR 2007
|
|
The
year 2006 was a year of traveling, reform
and changes. I visited 16 countries in 17
trips. Several reform measures were tried
out, while we follow the reform at United
Nations closely. We co-organized events
with the UN in New York and in Bangkok.
More BPW members are gaining high post at
regional and national levels. Member Service
has been transferred to be offered by President’s
office in Thailand. BPW International survey
on Violence Against Women received overwhelming
responses from member countries.

we march ahead into 2007 with a full agenda,
including International Congress in Merida,
Mexico, I would like to offer you my new
year wish for every BPW members:
