BPW International was founded on the vision of achieving workplace equality, right to vote and equal pay. Eighty years on and the issues are still the same but the armory is different. Today, we are equipped with the vital piece that has been missing for decades – the business case.

I am delighted to lead this vibrant community of strong business and professional leaders.
