Objectives
The aim is to build up a "Nursery"
in a village in Senegal. The main objective
is to spread the culture of nursing starting
from the real needs of small children.
Description
The FIDAPA-BPW International of the district
of Sicily will collaborate with the BPW
Club in Dakar/Senegal. The aim is to establish
the basic rights of small girls and boys,
such as playing and basic school education,
in a country where these rights are unknown
and where girls are still suffering from
sexual mutilation such as the circumcision.
Results
We hope that this kind of small foreign
aid in a developing country will help to
establish the basic human rights. Subsequently
people shall not be urged any longer to
emigrate to surroundings where they will
never get a chance of a dignified life.
