In order for the blind students
to have careers to support themselves, BPW Chiang
Mai collaborated with the School for the Blind
in the North Region, Chiang-Mai to do professional
training blind students.
The approach is as follows:

Assess the
needs and preferences of the blind students
in their choices of profession |

Prepare curriculum to
train students. |
(3) |
Allow the students to
pick the skill they would like to do. |
(4) |
Coordinate works
with local authorities, private sectors
and other organizations to help contribute
human resource and materials for training.
BPW Chiang-Mai contributed 41,000 Baht out
of 56,391 Baht expenses.

about half of which are girls.
