To analyze the impact of this project made
for elementary school (children from 7 to
10 y.o.) teachers and school staff in the
city of Presidente Prudente, considering
their knowledge, behavior, preferences and
nutrition habits. Considerable improvement
in children health condition in the whole
world, such as nutrition measure difusion,
hygiene and public health care.
Description
Feeding Concepts. Evaluation of previous
teachers knowledge about nutrition. Nutritional
Education Course to the teachers. Obesity.
Nutrition Teaching Program Elaboration.
The role of teachers and school. Evaluation
of teacher’s knowledge about nutrition,
after the course. Lecture to the parents
about feeding and habits of healthy life.
Parents Nutritional Profile. Children Feeding
Habits Investigation. Anthropometrics Examination
in all children. Culinary practice class.
