Description
A "Success Team" is a small, ongoing
group of about 5 women. They meet regularly
for two to three hours. The meetings follow
a pattern to structure them and thus make
them more effective. It takes more than
desire to make a wish come true. One needs
ongoing, sustained effort over an extended
period of time. The team gives support and
encouragement when times get tough and the
inevitable setbacks take place. The support
of a "Success Team" can make the
difference between success and failure.
