5 Day registration covers everything except the Sunday night dine around which you must select and additional events such as the Friends and Fellows event
The 3 day registration is for members who cannot participate for the whole congress. All events must be added separately.

1. Eating: Dine-Arounds
We have eight restaurants contracted for your fantastic dining pleasure! Each restauarnt has a BPW federation or Club who will be your hosts for the evening. This will be a great way to network and have fun with other BPW members On the “Dine-Arounds” page on the website, we provide the list of all Dine-Arounds restaurants and virtual tour link for each restaurants. You will need to choose one on your registration form.
2. Sleeping: Helsinki Hotels
We contracted with five hotels to provide you comfortable accommodations for the Helsinki Congress. “Early Bird Rates” are for the members who are willing to book early. This rate will be continued until March 31, 2011. Have already planned your travel schedule? Then do not miss this special rate which includes free internet and a good breakfast. 3. Travel: Star Alliance
Star Alliance is the Congress Partner and provides special discounts for our BPW members who are going to Helsinki for the International Congress. Star Alliance is providing 20% discount on 21 airlines for members! Please check the airlines that you can take advantage of! Also book early as airfare will increase in March!
4. VISAS:
It is important that every participant checks in the nearest Finland Embassy or Schengen representative office if you a need visa to Finland or what kind of visa is needed. Also the kind of passport can effect if a visa is needed or not. From the Foreign Ministry of Finland check this link http://formin.finland.fi/public/default.aspx?nodeid=15720&contentlan=2&culture=en-US (English version). You can check there if you need one from your country and also form for visa to the Schengen –area and Finland and travelling documents.
5. Tours: Pre & Post Tours
Pre and post tours are being finalized. If you plan to go to St Petersburg this will only be offered post Congress because there is a blackout due to an international forum taking place the week of Congress. Also visas will be required. Our travel consultant will take care of these. It is recommended that your flight home be booked directly from St Petersburg.Old Tallinn in Estonia will have day tours and an overnight tour. No visas are required.
6. Information : Facts about Finland
The “Facts about Finland” on the website is continually updated. Check the facts that you would like to know about Finland; location, weather, currency, electricity, and etc.
There is also the Official Helsinki Tourism Website which provides all about Helsinki in 11 languages.
