Women from 5 of the Danube Net countries participated in this event: Austria, Croatia, Germany, Rumania and Serbia. Together with guests from Switzerland, Italy and Slovenia. At the opening ceremony there were speakers from the European Economic and Social Committee, the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, the Chamber of Commerce and BPW.

Workshops were held in the afternoon on entrepreneurship, networking and other topics of interest. The highlight of this event was the fair “Economica” where women presented their ventures and products at their stands. The creation of other business opportunities were encouraged by special B2B meetings in small groups and direct personal discussions. At the gala dinner the delegation from Croatia surprised everyone with their special historic costumes which they created by themselves according to historic women.
