- Implementation - Launch the Program

12-month program

a younger generation like 20 somethings
and 30 somethings in BPW activities and
meetings
- Plan a high profile
event to launch the mentoring program
complete with a speaker or a panel of
speakers

- Making it Happen
- Set up operational
systems – email addresses/contacts
- Hold a group planning
meeting
- Identify mentors
and mentees/protégés needs
and expectations
- Conduct flexible
mentoring – email/group/phone/lunch/dinner
- Develop monthly
learning activities
- Set up reporting
and communication systems
- Document the program
and mentee feedback
- Organise possible
monthly gatherings with a program speaker
on a particular subject
