For
over 30 years, BPW Panama has implemented
a 2-3 year mentoring program for third year
university students. Those students receive
the following benefits:
- Economic aid to cover the costs of their
studies
- Milestones and requirements that the
student complies with the study plan and
has a high academic grade
- Honorary membership and participation
in Club activities
- Guidance and support by members who
are experienced professionals
The young women are given motivation and
support until they join the workforce and
BPW as active members.
