1. General

Payment through this site indicates your acceptance of all BPW International terms and conditions. BPW International has the right to add, modify or delete any payment procedures at its sole discretion and without notice.

2. Currency of Transaction

BPW International accepts payments in Euros or US Dollars

Receipts for payment will be presented in Euros or US Dollars.

3. Payment Methods

All internet credit card authorization requests and/or payment transactions will be processed by the SIX Card Solutions Company, who is a development and Service Company specialized in the field of electronic payment transactions.  SIX Card Solutions under the “Saferpay” brand name will operate the virtual e-payment platform for the secure processing of payments.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations for a BPW International event may be considered refundable if requested 30 days prior to the event, also known as the refundable period. Any cancellations received after the refundable period will be non-refundable.  BPW reserves the right to deny any event registrations at their discretion.  All cancellations must be received by BPW International via email.  Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee(s).

5. Refunds

BPW International has the right to evaluate any refund request and to process or deny the refund at its discretion.   If a refund is issued, the original credit card account used will be credited the refund amount in the currency received by BPW International minus any processing and /or cancellation fee(s).

6. Privacy and Security

BPW International retains ownership of all data contained in this website. BPW International does not share any information provided with any third party. All information is for the exclusive purpose of payment of a BPW International event and will remain the property of BPW International. All payment information is secured and encrypted by the authorizing company through which the payment is made.

By making a payment through this site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your payment obligation(s).

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website and the information about events are provided on an "as is" basis. BPW International makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to this site and/or its uses. You further agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, punitive, compensatory, incidental and/or consequential damages, misuse and/or any other causes. You agree that the maximum cumulative liability of BPW International, for any claim or liability arising from the use of this site and/or from the payment, application, handling, and/or use of its products/services offered shall not exceed the amount paid at the time of the particular incident minus costs, including but not limited to, administrative costs.

8. Terms and Conditions

You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk and that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal and payment information that you provide.  Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon both the authorization of the payment by the applicable credit card company and the acceptance of your payment by BPW International.

Helsinki Congress ONLY: 
Cancellations may be considered fully refundable if requested 60 days prior to the first day of Congress. Cancellations may be considered half refundable if requested 45 days prior to the first day of Congress. Any cancellations received after such dates will not be considered for refund.
