  • Deadline for Standard registration for the Congress (If cancelling registration on or before this date, the processing fee 50 USD will be charged. If cancelling after this date, there is no refund).

  • Deadline to reserve hotel rooms at the Gran Melia Hotel with a special rate for BPW (Note that reservation is subject to room availability)
