Why I am interested for the Chair of the
Agriculture committee?

39 years in University service and
social service more than 32 years with BPW also a member
of BPW Int. Agriculture Standing Committee since 1996.

Engaged in several decisions making
responsible positions besides teaching and research
in biological and agricultural related subjects especially
plant pathology.

My long experience in teaching and
agricultural research plant diseases control and management
of important agricultural crops Bio-pesticide research
programme development and processing on various activities
on applied S & T.

Worked in deep with grass root women
farmers to reduce poverty through socioeconomic activities.

Worked in several National and International
projects related to agriculture.

Haphazard and overdose use of pesticide
and chemicals in agricultural practices are considered
as the silent killer not only of farmers but even the
consumers.

Necessary to bring awareness in use
and misuse of pesticide/chemicals and eco-friendly and
organic farming.

BPW international is a good forum
for networking

I will try to make a difference through awareness and
efficient networking to enhance eco-friendly agricultural
