Registrant can choose to pay by Credit card (via PayPal) or by Bank Transfer in the registration form. Once the registration is verified and approved, invoice and payment instruction will be sent to registrant. Invoice number must be used in making payment.

A processing fee of 50 USD will be charged if cancelled on or before 16 September 2008. NO REFUNDS for cancellation after 16 September 2008.
