This year, our beloved BPW International turns 95. Ninety-five years of empowerment, leadership, achievements, and women changing the world together.
This anniversary campaign was created with love, dedication, and deep pride in our organization so that we can celebrate together, no matter where in the world we are. This is a time to honor our history, strengthen our bonds, and show the world the strength and diversity of BPW women.
BPW Day – Our Anniversary Tradition
For those who have recently joined BPW, you may hear members refer to August 26th as BPW Day. This is our official anniversary, a date cherished by BPW women across the globe.
It has become tradition for members to wear yellow or to use their BPW scarf or pin, sharing photos that express our unity and pride. These images are more than symbolic; they are a visual declaration of our sisterhood and the values we stand for.
This year, let’s make BPW Day even more special. Whether you are attending an in-person event or celebrating online, join us in filling our feeds with our colors, our symbols, and our joy in being BPW.
The 95th Anniversary Campaign
This year’s celebration is unlike anything we’ve done before – a global campaign with multiple actions rooted in the four pillars of our 2024–2027 triennium theme: “Inspire, Innovate, Empower, Transform – Together We Shape a Sustainable Future.”
The campaign will run throughout August, bringing our faces, voices, and stories to the spotlight.

PILLAR 1 – INSPIRE
Celebrating our legacy, our leaders, and the stories that shaped BPW.
Legacy in Action – YouTube Series
A celebration of extraordinary BPW leaders who have been specially invited to open their hearts and share their unique journeys within our organization. Stories of vision, resilience, and the transformative impact BPW has had in their lives and communities.
Voices that Inspire – Leadership Quote Series
Some leaders were invited to share short, powerful quotes reflecting their vision and love for BPW. These will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Creating modern, engaging digital experiences for our global community.

Together We Shape a Sustainable Future
BPW Impact Report 2025
BPW clubs and federations worldwide are invited to share impactful sustainability initiatives they are leading – actions that are already making a difference. These projects should align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), showing our commitment to lasting change in our communities.
From environmental protection and climate action to gender equality and social inclusion, every story counts. All submissions will be compiled into the BPW Impact Report 2025 – a global showcase of how BPW women are shaping a sustainable future together, from the inside out.

A Special Moment on August 26th – Candle Lighting Ceremony
On BPW Day, we will broadcast live the Candle Lighting Ceremony from the Asia-Pacific Regional Congress in Malaysia.
This will be a truly unique and emotional moment for our global community – connecting us across time zones to honor our history and our unity. More details will follow soon so everyone can join.
