This campaign is not just about collecting answers. It is about recognizing women’s realities, understanding their challenges, and building together the paths that will strengthen our organization and its impact worldwide.

Because the growth and development of every woman — as an individual, as a professional, and as an active member of BPW — is inseparable from the strength of our network. Your responses will help us recognize what we are doing well, identify what needs to improve, and create new opportunities to act. Your voice is not symbolic: it is the foundation for concrete actions that will shape BPW’s future.
Leadership and Mobilization
Over the past weeks, our International President, Diana Barragán, together with other members of the International Executive and a dedicated technical team, have been preparing this historic mobilization. Regional Coordinators are leading the movement in their regions, and Ambassadors have already been appointed to support and inspire participation in every federation and affiliated club.
About the Campaign
The BPW Listens campaign is part of our triennium vision to Inspire, Innovate, Empower, and Transform – Together We Shape a Sustainable Future.
Through this global effort, we will collect valuable insights, perspectives, and expectations from our members in more than 100 countries.
The questionnaire, available via JotForm, will take no longer than 12 minutes to complete and will be offered in BPW’s four official languages — English, Spanish, French, and Italian — with the possibility to access additional languages through the platform.
The results will serve as the foundation for the BPW Action Plan 2025–2027.
