Greetings and welcome to North America and the Caribbean Region. I am honoured to represent this Region and all it has to offer. I have been a member of BPW Canada for over 30 years and over that time I have had a chance to meet many amazing women from BPW around the world.
We are working on 3 Pillars during this Triennium – Membership Growth and Retention, Advocacy and Leadership Development.
With Membership Growth we have the opportunity to “Inspire and Innovate”, and help women in the region connect with wonderful members from not only the region but internationally.
Advocacy allows us to Educate and “Empower” and improve the lives of women.
Leadership Development gives us the opportunity to “Transform” – to help with Succession Planning and building Leadership Skills.
We have a great team in our Region, including Past International Presidents, Past Executive Secretary, Current VP Membership, our Advocacy, Communication and Training Coordinators, and Presidents of our Federations and Affiliates. They are all dedicated BPW Members and we are fortunate to have them working to help NAC and the International Federation to achieve their goals.
