Tess is Senior Advisor to AQAL Capital & the UN on Gender and Environment; Managing Director of CXCatalysts, which develops public private partnerships in clean energy, water, sustainable food, and health. Tess was the only private sector person at the final closing of the UN’s historic Rio+20 meeting and helped launch 1000 women entrepreneurs in the green economy. Tess contributed to UN’s Women Empowerment Principles and the SDGs. With her global networks and access to capital, she is a sought after collaborator and a US W20 delegate to G20. Previously, she spent a decade in PwC’s Global CEO office, after spending 20+ years restructuring Fortune 1000 companies. She has also launched real estate and technology ventures and invests in social, renewable energy, fintech, and space economy innovators.
