BPW has listened to members from all regions, in all languages. These voices have helped us better understand the BPW experience today: what strengthens belonging, what limits participation, and what needs to become clearer, more accessible and more enabling.
Now, BPW is moving from diagnosis to focused redesign action.
Two strategic redesign streams
The next phase will begin with two focused streams:
1) Membership & Member Experience
Help strengthen belonging, participation and growth across the BPW journey.
2) Governance & Leadership System
Help make governance more understandable, accessible, transparent and enabling for members and future leaders.
Who we are looking for
You do not need to be an expert in institutional redesign.
We are looking for members who bring:
- BPW experience;
- Practical insight;
- Collaborative spirit;
- Regional or intergenerational perspective;
- Commitment to BPW’s future.
What matters most is your lived experience within BPW and your willingness to contribute constructively to the next phase.
What participation means
A focused contribution designed to fit members’ time.
Participants will help:
- Review evidence;
- Test ideas;
- Identify risks;
- Bring member and regional perspectives;
- Shape practical proposals and prototypes.
This is not a permanent committee or a formal nomination process. It is a focused contribution to help BPW move from insight to action.
