BPW Latin America warmly invites members, leaders, and partners from across the region and around the world to participate in the XI BPW Latin America Regional Conference, to be held in Lima, Peru, on 16–17 October 2026, with registration and opening activities beginning on 15 October.
As the most significant regional gathering of the 2024–2027 triennium, this Conference will bring together women leaders committed to advancing economic empowerment, ethical leadership, equality, and sustainable development throughout Latin America.
Held under the theme “Latin American Women: Voice and Leadership for a Sustainable and Equitable Future,” the Conference will serve as a vibrant forum for dialogue, learning, collaboration, and action. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, strengthen regional partnerships, and contribute to shaping the future direction of BPW in Latin America.
Hosted by BPW Peru in the dynamic and historic city of Lima, the event will combine professional development, cultural exchange, and meaningful networking opportunities, creating an inspiring environment for women leaders from across the region.
Today, BPW Latin America unites women leaders in ten countries through four federations and affiliated clubs working together to promote the advancement of women in business, professions, and public life. More than a conference, this gathering represents an opportunity to strengthen our regional movement and define its future.
Delegates will review key governance matters, discuss strategic priorities for the years ahead, vote on proposed resolutions, select the host country for the XII BPW Latin America Regional Conference, and participate in the election process that will determine the regional leadership for the 2027–2030 triennium.
