Una organización tan importante y grande como la Federación Internacional de Mujeres de Negocios y Profesionales, debe asegurarse de tener bases sólidas. De lo contrario, será como un gigante con pies de barro cuya fragilidad le pondría en peligro constante de destrucción.
No es el número de Afiliadas, lo que debemos buscar, sino la calidad y solidez de las mismas, así como la mística y ética de sus socias; sólo así aseguraremos la permanencia y el éxito de la organización.

An organization as important and large as the International Federation of Business and Professional Women must ensure that it has a solid foundation. Otherwise, it will be like a giant with clay feet whose fragility would put it in constant danger of destruction.
It is not the number of Affiliates that we should look for, but their quality and solidity, as well as the devotion and ethics of their members. This is the only way that we will we ensure the permanence and success of the organization.
