BPW International continues to strengthen its global visibility and engagement through meaningful outreach initiatives. On March 31, 2026, a presentation was delivered at the University of Milano-Bicocca, introducing BPW International and FIDAPA BPW Italy to a group of female Master’s students, highlighting the organization’s mission, global presence, and impact.
The session also emphasized the role of the Public Relations Standing Committee in promoting BPW’s work worldwide and fostering connections with academic institutions, media, and partners. It created an inspiring space for dialogue, encouraging young women to explore leadership opportunities and engage with BPW’s global network.
Activities in 2025
Laura Parigi, member of the BPW International Public Relations Standing Committee (2024–2027), continues to actively promote the mission, values, and global initiatives of BPW International through strategic communication and outreach.
Throughout 2025, her work focused on increasing awareness and engagement at both local and international levels. During the Equal Pay Day campaign in Monza, Italy, she participated in educational talks in high schools, highlighting gender equality and the ongoing challenge of the gender pay gap. In October, she presented BPW International’s structure and current initiatives—including the Executive Committee, Standing Committees, Task Forces, and BPW Young—to members of her Club, Fidapa BPW Italy Monza e Brianza, fostering stronger understanding of BPW’s global framework.
In December, Laura further expanded BPW’s visibility through a radio podcast interview at Radio Story Time, introducing BPW International and the work of the Public Relations Standing Committee to a broader audience.
Her continued commitment to communication, advocacy, and the promotion of women’s leadership reflects the vital role of Public Relations in strengthening BPW’s global presence. Further initiatives are planned for 2026, continuing this important work under the coordination of the PR Standing Committee.
