BPW International is proud to announce its official partnership with the Global Women Meeting (GWM), an international initiative founded by Pâmera Lima, Chair of the BPW International Business Networking and Global Market Strategies Task Force.
This partnership reflects BPW International’s ongoing commitment to advancing women’s leadership, fostering international cooperation, and expanding opportunities for women entrepreneurs and business leaders in the global marketplace.
The pre-launch of the Global Women Meeting brought together women leaders from several countries and featured the participation of BPW International President Diana Barragán, Vice President Francesca Burack, Young BPW Representative Izadora Letchacoski, Director of Communications Camila de Moura, and members of the Business Networking and Global Market Strategies Task Force. Their participation reaffirmed BPW International’s support for initiatives that promote women's leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment worldwide.
More than a conference, the Global Women Meeting is envisioned as an international platform connecting women entrepreneurs, executives, investors, diplomatic representatives, chambers of commerce, and organizations from around the world. By fostering strategic partnerships, knowledge exchange, and international collaboration, the initiative seeks to expand access to global markets while strengthening women's participation in business, trade, and decision-making.
The first official edition of the Global Women Meeting will take place 22–24 September 2027 in Cuiabá, Brazil, bringing together women leaders from across the globe to create new opportunities for networking, business development, investment, and international cooperation.
