Ethics is at the heart of every strong and sustainable organization. To further strengthen these values across its global network, BPW International is inviting members to join the Ethical & Moral Compass Task Force, an initiative dedicated to promoting integrity, accountability, transparency, and ethical leadership throughout our organization.
The Task Force supports BPW International by fostering a culture of ethical governance and responsible leadership. Its work includes developing ethical guidelines, promoting awareness and education, encouraging accountability, facilitating respectful dialogue, supporting ethical decision-making, and collaborating with leaders and members to reinforce the organization’s values worldwide.
Who We Are Looking For
We welcome members who demonstrate:
- Integrity and sound ethical judgment
- Commitment to ethical principles and responsible leadership
- Experience or interest in ethical governance
- Respect for diversity and inclusion
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Empathy, fairness, and professionalism
- Critical thinking and the courage to address ethical challenges constructively
Young BPW members are especially encouraged to participate, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive leadership and intergenerational collaboration.
By joining the Task Force, you will contribute to strengthening a global culture of trust, transparency, accountability, and responsible governance, helping ensure that BPW International continues to lead by example.
