Ester Eomois is the Chair of Management at the Estonian Business School and an executive coach who seamlessly blends academic expertise with real-world experience. She has dedicated her career to empowering women in leadership and entrepreneurship, developing numerous global and local training and development programs for women leaders and entrepreneurs.
From 2018 to 2022, Ester served as President of BPW Estonia (Business and Professional Women), during which time the organization doubled its membership. Among her key initiatives was playing a pivotal role in launching and managing BPW Estonia and The Coca-Cola Foundation's project, “Everything is Possible!” Additionally, since 2022, she has been leading a support program for Ukrainian refugee women in Estonia, providing entrepreneurship training, coaching circles, and mentorship to 500 refugee women.
Ester’s doctoral research focuses on the careers of young women leaders in Estonia. She has represented as part of the national delegation to the UN (CSW).
